Valentine Tag Gift Card Holders

Treat your friends, co-workers, and family to these cute 'n easy TagGift Card Holders!

I started with two different sized premade tags (3"X6" and 2.5"X5.25").  The bottoms of the tags were scored and folded up (red- 2.25" flap and white-1.25"flap). Make sure that the final length of your tag can accommodate a gift card.
Paper gussets were used to attach the flap to the base of the tag. I also corner rounded the bottom edges!

To the pockets, I added either a small strip of paper or a die-cut.  I also lined the top of the red tag's pocket with a strip of washi tape.

I used the "Pumpkin Spice" Doodle stamps and copic markers to color in the drink cups.  Sentiments from the set were also used to stamp onto the die-cut tags and pocket front!

The tops of the tags were embellished with handmade bows and chunky twine for hanging!
After tucking in a gift card, add the tag to a bag filled with k-cups, a mug handle or a small bottle of creamer :)

Snowy Family Notepads

Gift-giving doesn't have to stop on December 25th! I wasn't able to craft gifts for co-workers before our break, so I whipped up a few handy notepads with a bit of Petite Prints, Doodle Stamps, etc.  Let's get started on this quick project:

I purchased a package of blue notepads from The Dollar Tree.  The pads can be broken apart into five sections (the pad is divided into 5 parts with chipboard sheets).  Next, I took various colors of patterned paper from the Petite Prints-Buffalo Check and cut them into 3.5"X10.25" strips, and then wrapped them around each individual notepad.
The color palette for this month's inspiration is:

Next I stamped all of the cute snowpeople from the "Winter Wonderland" Doodle Stamps with Copic Markers (C00, C0, C2, N4, N6, N8, B21, B23, B24, V12, V15, V17, RV00, RV02, RV04, B000, B01, B02, YR24, YR27) and then die-cut with the matching Doodle Cuts.

The snowpeople were clustered together on die-cuts using the Nesting Scallops Doodle Cuts.  I also used the Borders & Edges Doodle Cuts for creating the scalloped border at the bottom.  Chunky Doodle Twine was adhered around the inner circle and a smaller piece tied onto the "hello" tag!

To the "skies" of each scene, I added various white Shaped Sprinkles to mimic snowfall.  Aren't they precious? :)

Thanks for joining!

Christmas Tray Collage Art

I love to sit down with my Doodlebug Stamps, markers and just color the hours away!  After die-cutting the completed images (from the Night Before Christmas Stamp Set), I knew that I wanted to stage them on snowy hills, so I grabbed a wooden tray from my stash and got started:

My wooden tray measures 7"X18".  I first cut the blue snowflake paper to 7" wide and added it first.  From the Lily White Buffalo Check and the multi-snowflake papers, I cut the pieces as shown above.  I free-handed the shapes to form three different snowy hills.  The pieces were then layered on to the blue paper with foam adhesive to give dimension!

Next, I outlined the snowy hills with chunky twine and then staged the die-cut pieces and attached them with foam adhesive or glue.

The sticker sentiments from the This & That Sticker Sheet were added to each cluster.

I finished the design off with various Sprinkles and Gems!

I would love to find a square size...maybe two...and create another collage to hang along with this one!  I just love the way it turned out :)
