For my A2 card project today, I'll be using the
Xyron 9" Creative Station, the 9" Permanent Adhesive Refill Cartridge and the 3 Inch Permanent Adhesive Refill Cartridge.  From My Favorite Things, I'm using the Pure Innocence Perfect Harmony Stamp
and the Die-Namics Jumbo Peek-A-Boo Circle Windows Dies.

The 6X6 papers are from Echo Park's Simple Life Paper Pad.

To begin, I stamped the image onto Neenah Premium White 65 lb Cardstock
and a sheet of the 6X6 patterned paper with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.  Next, I used both
 Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils and a few of the Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers
for shading on the dress and coloring in the flower in the girl's hair.

After cutting out the image that was stamped onto the Neenah cardstock and
dressed with the patterned paper dress, I also stamped the image onto a
circle that will be added to the base of the card.  I did this mainly so that
I could color in the pigtails :)

The 3" Permanent Adhesive was placed into the Xyron 9" Creative Station
and the cut-out girl was ran through and adhesive applied
NOTE: Just be sure to place your image FACE UP when running through
any of the Xyron adhesive machines (yes, I have learned this from experience LOL)

After cutting the smaller mat to 3.75"W X 5"H, I used the solid circle die from the
die-set to cut out the shape in the center.

I wanted to add foam adhesive to the back of the mat, so adhesive was applied
and then pieces of foam were cut and placed where needed.  To apply adhesive
to the other side of the foam: lift the top of the Creative Station so that the rollers
are slightly disengaged; roll through the paper with the foam on the back.
It's now ready to attached to the card base.

The scalloped circle die was used to die-cut a piece of solid turquoise paper;
this was attached to the inside of the stitched circle.

Here is a better view of the dimension that you can create by using
the two dies and foam adhesive...I love the way she appears to be veiled in
a stage's curtain!


One of the sentiments from the stamp set was added to the bottom,
along with a strip of the same yellow dot paper and buttons/enamel dots from my stash.

Introducing the Xyron Creative Station Lite™

I love the compact design, which makes it super portable and easy to store 

right on my small crafting area!  Here is a little project that I made using

the Xyron 5" Permanent Adhesive Refill

I started with a chipboard shape that I took from a precut mini album set from

Michael's Recollection brand.  I traced the shape onto patterned paper from

the Echo Park Paper Company Spring Collection Kit

and then ran it through the Creative Station Lite:

Even though the points on the sides of the paper extended slightly beyond the 

5" alignment grids (see above), the adhesive was still wide enough to cover

the entire paper...I love some wiggle room!

As with the other Xyron Creative Station,

you will want to roll your paper out just

past the cutting bar to ensure that you don't accidentally clip off too much.

Give the adhesive a good rub (especially around the edges of the paper) and

then carefully room the top film.

And I am so happy that the handle can be tucked away when it's not in use!

Because I have both the Creative Station and now the Lite, I plan to

use the larger machine for the 9" adhesives and leave the Lite to handling the

smaller 3" and 5" rolls.  I love them BOTH and use them each and every day

that I craft...which is pretty much each and every day LOL

The project that I'm sharing today would make a wonderful

gift for any planner lover or someone just starting out!

This sweet planner pocket is a compilation of wonderful products from

The Stack is filled will all sorts of elements that can be cut out:

pockets, pages, tags, flags, tabs, pinwheels, icons and more!

After trimming out the large pocket, I ran the piece through the 

that held the Xyron 9" Lamination Refill Cartridge

As noted in the top photo, the NEW Xyron Creative Station has the 

capability of holding both 5" and 9" cartridges!

I trimmed away the laminate by using the edge of the pocket as a guide.

The sides and bottom of the pocket were then scored and folded.

Next, I used the Xyron Mega Runner to hold the sides together before machine stitching (I did this just to add texture & a whimsical flair).

After cutting out all of the elements, I made several of them into 'stickers' by

running them through the Xyron 3" Sticker Maker

and then trimming away the adhesive sheet.  

The front was embellished with a pocket that was stitched on, banners, owl motif

and the hand-assembled pinwheel...fun!

The inside of the pocket was generously filled with all of the components:

The paper stack includes vellum sheets as well!  

I created two pockets, labeled and filled them with goodies.

Twine was added to the tops of the different tags so they're ready to use!

By using the Xyron Laminate to cover the pocket, it will provide an even safer

environment for storing the pieces until they're ready to use.  

The recipient may decide to punch holes along one side of the pocket and

add it to their planner!
