Just Precious

Happy Saturday, everyone!  I have another

DIAPER CARD MINI ALBUM

to share, featuring the nostalgic Precious Collection by
AUTHENTIQUE PAPER

I made a similar album a couple of weeks ago and it was so much fun that I decided to
 try it out with the Precious papers, stickers and cut-outs.  To make this particular album,
you will need the Diaper Card Album, which can be found at www.topdogdies.com

You may also find a template online or cutting files for your personal cutting machine.

I went ahead and did a video tutorial because I had so many questions with
 the last mini album.

Please excuse all of the uh's and run-on-words...

you can take the girl out of Texas, but you can't take the accent out of the girl LOL

And here are the page-by-page close-ups, with the exception off the plain

back pieces found on back of the diaper card.  

 I threaded a few vintage buttons and then attached them to the front with glue dots.
Around the leg openings, I added a soft pom pom trim by May Arts Ribbon.

I had these shabby chic chipboard shapes in my stash from long ago...I love to find
 great uses for old favorites!  When I start a project, I rummage through all of my
 trinkets and small embellishments and make a pile of things that will
go with what I'm working on.

On the page above, I cut the stork and cloud motif from one of the journal cards and then
added it to the page with some foam adhesive.

Before inserting the tags, find the hole placement and then punch each page with a Crop-A-Dile
 or small hole punch.  A small ring works nicely; if you decide to embellish the ring with ribbons,
 then I would choose a larger 1.5" ring.

After cutting the tags from the journal card sheet, I corner rounded the edges and then
 backed them with a white cardstock.  The size of the tags are approximately 3.5"W X 4.25"H
...perfect size to insert into the tops of the diaper.
