...and it's pretty obvious with these two projects that I recently created.
First, let me mention the February Color Challenge at EAD Designs Blog!
Classic Black and White
The Vintage Treasures Stickerz Set compliment this Color Challenge
perfectly and is what I used on my card
Have you tried EAD Stickerz...they are unlike any other sticker that you've used before. I liken them to the consistency of a clear contact paper, but unlike contact paper these are easy to reposition and there are no annoying bubbles! Truly a fun product to use.
Come on over and link up your project...everyone who plays along is a winner!
One person will be chosen to be the next EAD Guest Designer in March
Next is a project that I whipped up for an upcoming show-n-tell at Imaginisce...but, I goofed and used the wrong product...oops! I figured that I would show it here though as it's too fun not to share
For this gifting tag, I used the Imagnisce Hybrid Petal Roller and paper Bitty Blossoms. Before layering the paper flowers, I rolled the petals making sure that I increased the amount of rolling as I neared the center of the flower...you can see the results easily in the photo. I then spritzed the blooms. For the petals, I punched a heart shape from patterned paper, cut in half and rolled one of the edges under for dimension! The stamped sentiment was cut from a Snag 'Ems stamp; the houndstooth frame is from the Sole Sisters collection.
As you can see, I'm putting my shipping tags to use this month :) I love distressing the edges with ink and finding fun ways to dress 'em up!
I'll be back a little later with my Ippity project for this week.
Off to mop...somebody has to do it and it always ends up being me :/
Shellye
these are beautiful!!!
ReplyDeletehave never used shipping tags, might just have to give it a try after seeing these beauties :)
Your taq is absolutely darling and those blooms look so pretty! :-)
ReplyDeleteI love shipping tags too , and recently I am playing with the Prima tag pads that are a good large size.
