Imaginisce and 3L Scrapbook Adhesives

Yay!
Today is my day to be featured at the
Imaginisce & 3L Scrapbook Adhesives Blog Hop
If you've followed me for long then you probably know that I L-O-V-E pop dots, foam dots and dimension.  I honestly don't think that there has been a project that I've created that doesn't have a foam dot on it somewhere.  So, when I heard that Imaginisce was hooking up with Scrapbook Adhesives for a Blog Hop, I was pretty excited.  Thin foam, thick foam, black foam, white foam...you name it, we got it!
In my course I was thinking that these were just your average 'pop dots'...they are so NOT your average pop dots. If you love foam dots as I do, then I implore you to give Scrapbook Adhesives a try!  They are worth every single penny.  Before, I would dab a little glue onto a foam dot to make sure that what I popped up stayed secure....with 3L, I do not have to worry about something giving way...these babies STICK!
Here is a cute little treat box that I made up

I used a combination (I almost typed a foambination hehe) of thin and thick foam squares.  The box is a premade by Martha Stewart.  I cut strips of papers from the Sole Sisters collection and attached the top strip to the bottom using thin foam.  After wrapping that around the box and securing, I attached the cute Sole Sister's chipboard purse with thick foam sqaures and embellished as shown.  I used thin foam squares to secure the pearls and one of the hand-cut flowers.  For the other flower, I used a thick foam sqaure.  Finally, I added a bit of baker's twine and sticker sentiment!

I invite you to come by the Imaginisce and Scrapbook Adhesives Blog...be sure to leave a comment for each day this week...prizes are involved :)

I hope everyone had a lovely Valentine's Day!  I cooked up a 'brown sugar' dinner...not intentional, but everything we had had brown sugar in it or on it...Honey BBQ crock pot pork loin (we made pulled pork), baked sweet potatoes (and the kids put marshmallows, brown sugar and cinnamon on top!), baked beans (with brown sugar of course) and Sister Schubert rolls!  It was delish!  I shredded the remaining pork and the kids took pulled pork sandwiches to school...ahhh, I love it when left-overs get eaten :)  Makes momma happy!

Be back tomorrow with my Totally Terrific Thursday project with I Heart Ippity
