have been teaming up for a week of inspiration!
Although today is the final day, just visit Xyron at Facebook
to see all of the beautiful projects made by the Design Team.
I had a lot of fun exploring the packet of products that were sent to me!
Here is a list of Brutus Monroe products that I used to create this 6X6 card:
With the Raven Detail Ink, the jar of jam was stamped onto one of the
Mixed Media papers, as well as onto white cardstock from my stash.
I cut out the jar top from the patterned paper and used a small Imagine Crafts Paint Brushstix
dipped into the Oz Chalk Ink to color in the band.
Next, I used a small paint brush and dipped it into the bottle of Copper Spray
and painted in the "jar" area. After allowing the first application to dry, I added
more of the color to shade in the area.
The dried jar pieces were cut out and assembled together by applying
adhesive with the Xyron Creat-A-Sticker Maker.
I wanted to carry over the bow from the jar, so I stamped it onto the kraft paper
found in the mixed media papers. The paper was the cut out with a scalloped die.
Oz Chalk Ink was applied to the kraft pieces (shown above) with a sponge.
I love how smooth the ink goes on and the great coverage it gives!
It looks as though the paper was made this color :)
Now onto assembling the card!
I used the Xyron Mega Runner
to adhere all of the papers to the card base.
The "I'm sorry you're in a jam..." sentiment comes in a 'block form', so I cut
apart the words so that I could stamp them into a single line.
Thank you for joining me and have a happy weekend!
Love this perfectly wonderful and supportive and encouraging card!! Love you - you did awesome!!!
