Friday Sketch time with Bella Blvd
Friday's sketch was created by DT member, Diana Fisher;
the sketch was actually based on a card that I made for Bella Blvd
earlier in the year! Here's the sketch:
My take on the sketch:
My focus on this month's sketch was the juxtaposed lines on the card's background.
To recreate this image, I chose a base paper and then two contrasting papers that I cut into strips.
Each strip was cut so that one end was wider than the other. I layered the strips onto the blue
base paper and then stitched into place. I stayed with the general design of the sentiment area
and kept things pretty clean-and-simple.
